“We are delighted to celebrate the achievements of our academic partners, tuition providers and young accounting talents for the third year running. Our award winners and nominees should be an inspiration to us all to further our efforts to grow, nurture and empower future accounting, finance and business leaders across the globe. Congratulations to all of you on your success, and for getting the recognition you deserve.”

Jan Taylor, CPA, CGMA, PhD, Academic in Residence and Senior Director, Academic and Student Engagement at the Association of International Certified Professionals Accountants, representing AICPA & CIMA, said:

“It’s great to work with university and academic partners who are passionate about management accounting and who are keen to see students and graduates continue their professional education through CIMA’s CGMA Professional Qualification. We appreciate all the work they do on campus.”

More than 650 applications and nominations from educational institutions and individuals were submitted this year for consideration in four categories Teaching Excellence Award, Research Excellence Award, Campus Culture Excellence Award and Employability Excellence Award. A central award committee also selected winners for the Global Excellence Award, and CGMA Campus of the Year Award based on exam performance in 2021 and 2022. This year, one CGMA candidate received a Candidate of the Year Award for their dedication to learning and progressing their CGMA studies despite ongoing global uncertainty.
