Key conclusions of the report reveal a new era of employer adaptation. Workers turnover, wage pressure and perception of easiness to change jobs is very high and currently it is an employee autonomy that drives the profession.

Following the initial shock of the global pandemic in 2020, new data collected through hundreds of interviews with finance leaders and employees revealed that finance profession is moving away from the office.

A new way of working has changed much of the accounting and finance profession, with lifestyle benefits and wellness programs key to retaining (and recruiting) the brightest talents.

Adapting to the times and keeping employees satisfied is crucial to an organisation's post-pandemic finance evolution.

During our upcoming event, business and finance leaders will focus on the following:

  • the causes of the Great Reshuffle,
  • threats and opportunities arising from frequent employee turnover,
  • employee retention and welfare strategies,
  • ways to attract new employees to the organization and finance departments.

Join us in Warsaw, on 17 May 2023 and learn how to prepare your finance function for the Great Reshuffle.
